CHANGES or CANCELLATIONS
You may make changes to your order prior to clicking the “Submit” button. Once you have submitted your order, we are unable to change it or cancel it, as we process orders immediately. This is done to get your item(s) speeding on their way to you as quickly as possible.
RETURN POLICY
We strive to maintain excellent customer service and satisfaction, including a guarantee that every book is as it is described on our website.
You will be eligible for a refund within 14 days of estimated delivery date if you are dissatisfied with your purchase:

  • due to an error, on our part, of the processing of your order
  • if your merchandise arrives damaged
  • if the book does not arrive.

How to initiate a refund through our website:
1. Error on Our Part: If your order does not match your invoice, please contact us immediately by:

2. Damaged Shipment: If your book arrives damaged, you will be refunded your full purchase price including shipping and return shipping costs. Please return the book, using a traceable method of shipment, and include the original packaging to:

No refund will be issued without the original packaging.
3. Shipment Did Not Arrive: We will issue a refund of the purchase price, including shipping costs, if your merchandise does not arrive within 14 days of the Estimated Delivery Date. If USPS provides tracking information indicating that the merchandise has arrived, the refund request will be void. Please contact us at:

4. In cases where the merchandise is returned to us due to incomplete address, unclaimed, or returned to sender, etc., we will refund the purchase price of the merchandise only.
All refunds will be processed once Success Essentials Publishing Company, Inc.® receives the returned merchandise. We recommend that you use a traceable method of shipment. The refund will be issued only to your original form of payment. You will receive an e-Mail confirming the refund once it is processed.
