You will be eligible for a refund within 14 days of estimated delivery date if you are dissatisfied with your purchase:
- due to an error, on our part, of the processing of your order
- if your merchandise arrives damaged
- if the book does not arrive.

2. Damaged Shipment: If your book arrives damaged, you will be refunded your full purchase price including shipping and return shipping costs. Please return the book, using a traceable method of shipment, and include the original packaging to:

3. Shipment Did Not Arrive: We will issue a refund of the purchase price, including shipping costs, if your merchandise does not arrive within 14 days of the Estimated Delivery Date. 4. In cases where the merchandise is returned to us due to incomplete address, unclaimed, or returned to sender, etc., we will refund the purchase price of the merchandise only.
All refunds will be processed once Success Essentials Publishing Company, Inc.® receives the returned merchandise. We recommend that you use a traceable method of shipment.
